B App Science (Physio)

Carly is a physiotherapist and the founder of PMQ Health. She created PMQ Health with a vision to create an environment that looks at the individual as a whole, rather than just a condition to be treated, to ensure no area of a patient’s health and wellbeing is overlooked.

Carly works extensively treating chronic pelvic pain (including genitourinary and anorectal pain disorders), complex dysfunctions of the spine, pelvis and hips, as well as running-related musculoskeletal and pelvic conditions.

She is DMA Clinical Pilates trained and a qualified Health Coach, which facilitates her active approach to her patients’ rehabilitation.
